caramel apples and pears...

We have posted about our now famous caramel apples and pears before... but autumn is the perfect time to revisit these delightful treats. We start with granny smith apples and Bartlett pears, dip them in a deliciously smooth and buttery sea salt caramel, and drizzle them with the finest Belgian bittersweet, white, and milk chocolates. Sometimes we roll them in nuts-- cashews, macadamia nuts, peanuts... In this case, we chose toasted coconut.
They are the perfect gift for those on your holiday shopping lists this year. We can even add holiday sprinkles to make them sparkle!
